Get Quality Stuff is operated by BROFORGE LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16918817. Our registered office is Windsworth, St. Martin, Looe, England, PL13 1NZ.

Using Get Quality Stuff

Get Quality Stuff is a directory for discovering physical products, brands, and stores. You may use the service only in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• interfere with the service, its security, or another person's use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, or systems;
• use automated means to scrape, copy, or place an unreasonable load on the service without our written permission; or
• misrepresent your identity or submit content you do not have the right to provide.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account closure, email hello@getqualitystuff.com. We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a breach of these terms.

Directory content and assessments

Our listings, scores, awards, summaries, and other assessments are editorial information based on research and publicly available sources. They are not hands-on product tests, professional advice, guarantees, certifications, or endorsements unless we expressly say otherwise.

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but brands, products, prices, availability, policies, and evidence can change. You should verify information that matters to your decision directly with the relevant third party before buying or relying on it.

We may add, edit, remove, rank, or decline to list content at our discretion. A listing does not imply a commercial relationship with the relevant brand or store.

Third-party websites and purchases

The service contains links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, products, or services.

Any purchase, contract, delivery, return, warranty, or dispute involving a third party is solely between you and that third party. Get Quality Stuff does not sell the listed products and is not a party to those transactions.

Your submissions and feedback

If you send us a suggestion, correction, report, or other submission, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You retain ownership of your submission.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish your submission as reasonably needed to operate, improve, and promote the service. We will handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Our intellectual property

The service and its original content, design, branding, software, and compilations are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may link to public pages and quote brief extracts with appropriate attribution, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit a substantial part of the service without our written permission.

Third-party names, logos, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the service. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version here. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from personal use of the service. We are not responsible for decisions, purchases, or disputes arising from third-party content, products, services, or websites.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our permission; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the service, provided this does not reduce your rights.

These terms and our privacy policy form the agreement between you and us about the service.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
